1. Nature of Our Products
KeyKer sells physical products, specifically keyboard fidget toys. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
2. No Refund Policy
KeyKer operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will only be issued if the product:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective
- Is the wrong item delivered
No replacements will be issued for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
4. Reporting Timeframe
All replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the package. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
5. Proof Requirement
To qualify for a replacement, the customer must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage, defect, or incorrect item through the contact form.
Requests submitted without valid proof will be automatically rejected.
6. Condition of Product
The product must have its original labels and packaging intact. Opened items are only eligible for replacement if they meet the damage or defect criteria.
7. Return of Damaged Product
If a product is damaged or defective, the customer is not required to return the damaged item. Upon approval, a replacement item will be sent.
8. Shipping Responsibility
Since damaged products are not required to be returned, customers do not bear any return shipping cost. Replacement shipping will be handled by KeyKer.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
10. International Orders
This replacement policy applies to both local and international orders. Damaged products are not required to be returned, and replacements will be processed after verification.
