We ship worldwide, except for certain restricted countries such as Israel. Customers in excluded countries cannot place orders.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders, whether local or international, are delivered within 7 days of shipment. Customers can enquire about the status of their order using their order number. We do not provide tracking numbers at this time.

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of placement. Processing is carried out every day, and there are no exceptions for weekends or public holidays.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement package upon verification. If a package is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement once proof (photo or video) is submitted.
